Manufacturer's Warranty

As of March 1, 2026, all Harry Winston timepieces purchased from a Harry Winston Salon or authorized retailer benefit from a 5-year international warranty. Please review the international warranty terms carefully for exclusions and conditions.

After-Service Warranty

Your Harry Winston timepiece requires periodic servicing to preserve its performance and precision. We recommend a complete service every five years at an official Harry Winston service center.

We offer a twenty-four (24) months warranty on the work carried out by an official Harry Winston service center, as well as any parts replaced during maintenance or repair services.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion and at no cost, restore or replace any affected part and/or correct any intervention deemed defective by our customer service department.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and aging (e.g., scratches on the crystal, changes in color or material, wear of non-metallic straps such as leather or rubber).
2. Damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents.

Loss of Warranty Rights

Any intervention carried out by a person not authorized by our services will void this warranty.
